Taylor HR Solutions was founded in 2007 to deliver HR expertise to growing businesses, smaller corporates and the UK subsidiaries of overseas organisations. We're headquartered in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and principally serve clients in London and the South East.
We're a team of qualified, experienced HR professionals with senior-level backgrounds from organisations of all sizes and across diverse industries, including technology, financial services, telecoms, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, travel and manufacturing. Charities, not-for-profit and membership organisations account for almost a third of our clients.

Taking a structured approach to the Employee Lifecycle, we help you delegate some or all of the day-to-day aspects of managing your workforce by bringing bespoke solutions to your organisation.
We can provide objective external support when it comes to handling sensitive matters such as letting staff go or resolving disputes. We can advise on the team implications of business changes and then be there on-site to implement those plans.
We are, first and foremost, a people business but we have a passion for the intelligent application of technology to streamline the labour-intensive aspects of HR administration and people management.
How we do it
We understand what a successful HR function looks like and can replicate the necessary business processes and practices within your organisation by working as a collaborative partner.
While most of our clients prefer to use our services on a retained basis, we are also able to assist on specific fixed-term projects, should you require.
You'll find our team is flexible and approachable: we don't have a call centre so we're always within direct reach, and we can visit your premises when an onsite meeting or presence is beneficial.
