HR Investigations

We offer a full HR investigation service to support clients’ grievance and disciplinary processes. Using our external senior HR professionals to carry out an investigation means you can be sure that the matter will be handled quickly, sensitively and objectively.  

 
We have experience of dealing with complex cases involving allegations of bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct and whistleblowing. Many of the investigations we undertake involve interviewing senior leaders, including directors, board members and trustees. Our reports are clearly written, factual and can be structured according to your needs. For example, they can include organisational recommendations, telephone debrief or report to Board, if required.
